ロジャー・ウォーターズの2006-2008年The Dark Side of the Moon Liveツアーより、2007年3月14日チリのサンティアゴ公演と3月17日アルゼンチンのブエノスアイレス公演のサウンドボード音源をカップリングした決定盤！音質はDisc1-2に収録のサンティアゴ公演の方が優れており、ネット音源ではありますが、Pre-FMマスターとの触れ込みで、以前から既発タイトル に採用されるマスターであり、演奏はセンターに集中したバランスでオーディエンスの歓声が左右に分離するというような感じですが、文句なしに純度の高いウ ルトラ極上レベルのサウンドが堪能できます。一部にDJが入りますが、ほんの一部ですので、全く問題のないレベルです。なおネット版ではトラックのチャプ ター振りに不具合があり、後半の一部楽曲でなぜか一まとめで収録されている等のミスがありましたが、今回のCD化にあたりそれもしっかり修正しておりま す。
Disc 3-4のブエノスアイレス公演の方は実質的にボーナス・ディスクとなります。ネット上に流通するマスターを独自にやり過ぎない程度にリマスター収録。元々 エアチェック・マスターのようで、かなりコンプの掛かった厚みのある(しかしレンジの狭い)サウンドで、時折ノイズも散見され(気づく範囲で極力除去済 み)、またお国柄かDJが演奏にかぶる箇所が結構あるのが惜しまれますが、せっかくの貴重なサウンドボード音源であることと、これを逃せば今後二度とCD化のチャンスもないだろうと判断し収録となりました。1-2枚目の澄み渡った純度の高い極上ク オリティに比べ、コンプが強めの厚みのあるサウンドが特徴で、前述の通りレンジは狭い感じですが、音が大きく、迫力もあるため、むしろこれが好みと思う方 もいるかも知れません。さらにDVDが付属。CD1-2枚目収録のサンティアゴ公演のプロショット映像をDVD化。一部オーディエンス・ショットも挿入編集されたもので、In The Fleshはほとんどがそのオーディエンス・ショットからの収録となっておりますが、ライブの大半はプロショットです。画質はウルトラ極上とまではいきま せんが、十二分に鑑賞に堪えうるもので、見応えは抜群です。メニュー画面付き。まさに至れり尽くせりのアイテムです！
