本タイトルは貴重なスタジオ・アウトテイク＆デモを2枚組に網羅した、今までにない質量共に決定盤。デビューからさらに依然となる1973年のデモ・レコーディングから1994年清涼飲料のCM曲にいたるまでコンパイルしたもので、まずDisc:1は1973年のデモを10曲、そしてファースト『The Kick Inside』と、セカンド『Lionheart』のセッションより6曲のアーリー・ヴァージョンなどを収録。セカンド・アルバム収録の曲も既に早い段階で完成していたことが伺えるもので、それ以外でも貴重なスタジオ・アウトテイクを収録。さらにDisc:2は1976年有名なデビュー前のピアノ・デモ、通称{「フェニックス・デモ」を収録。未発表曲あり、後にリリースされた曲も歌詞が異なったりと、ファンにとっては非常に興味深い内容に。また曲名にも諸説あり謎の多い音源ではありますが、ラジオでオンエアーされたという説もあり、音質も良く、また曲前後の様子も収録。ケイトのスタジオ・セッションやデモを集めたタイトルとして、これまでにない内容と音質で網羅。
