プリンス追悼アイテムとして、2010年から最終的には2012年9月まで、長期継続された「ウェルカム・2・アメリカ」ツアーにおいて、記録的な連続公演として、今も語り草となっている、2011年4月ロサンゼルス・フォーラム公演の3日目と4回目となる、4月22&23日連続2公演の模様を、いずれもハイクオリティー・デジタル・オーディエンス・マスターからコンプリート収録したタイトルがここに。これは同フォーラムにて、4月14日の初日からスタートし、当初は12公演が予定されていた中、反響の多さにさらに3公演が追加され、大きな話題を呼んだ連続公演で、まさに殿下復活の象徴となった記念すべきパフォーマンスとなるもの。 そして先にリリースされた初日&2日目同様、セットリストはもちろん日替わりで、しかもゲストとして、22日公演はアリシア・キーズが、翌23日はラリー・グラハムとシーラ・E、チャカ・カーンも登場と、相変わらずのゴージャスさ。
