2017年、恒例の「Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame 2017」授賞式は、4月7日にニューヨークにて開催され、今回はパールジャム、イエス、ジャーニー、ELOなどが受賞し、それぞれスピーチやパフォーマンスを行なうことに。その中で本タイトルはELOの授賞式の模様を、モバイルも含む各種オーディエンスにて収録。一部カットはあるものの、スピーチとパフォーマンスはほぼコンプリートで収録されており、まず先日亡くなったばかりのチャック・ベリーをトリビュートし”Roll Over Beethoven”を披露し、その後は”Evil Woman”と”Mr. Blue Sky”の計3曲を披露。さらにボーナスとして同年2月に行われた「MusiCares Person Of The Year 2017」でのトム・ペティとの共演シーンや、2004年以降のTVライブなども追加収録した、トータル63分。
