ラスト・ツアー「FAREWELL YELLOW BRICK ROAD」もいよいよ終焉が目前に迫った2023年6月25日、イギリス恒例の一大フェス「GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL 2023」に出演した際の模様を、デジタル・リマスタリングを施した最高クオリティーの音源と映像ブルーレイにてカップリング収録。まずBBC制作・放送による映像も話題の中、ライブ音源&映像としてベスト・アイテムとなっており、特に音声はプロユースの最新機器を用いカンペキなリマスターも施され、さらにブルーレイはWEBキャスト・オンエアー・マスターからのフル・ハイヴィジョン(1920x1080)・プロショット映像にマスタリングも施しており、公開された配信映像には音切れや一時停止してしまうストリーミングもあった中で、本タイトルは間違いなくベストと呼べるマスターを用い、さらに音声はCD音源をシンクロ。よって映像&音声ともに最新機器を用いたリマスタリングも施しており、何より映像は全編ブルーレイならではの大容量を活かして、元素材そのままのオフィシャルHDクオリティーにて収録。そして意外にもエルトンはグラストンは今回は初出演であり、そしてこれが母国イギリスでの最終公演ということもあり、もちろんこの日の大トリを務めたステージは、コロナをはさみ長期化した今回のツアーの基本セットはそのままなうえ、この日は本国ファイナル・ステージということで豪華ゲストが入れ替わり登場しており、「Are You Ready For Love」ではジェイコブ・ラスクとデュエット、「Until I Found You」ではオリジネイターのスティーヴン・サンチェスと共演、さらに「Tiny Dancer」ではブランドン・フラワーズ、「Don't Go Breaking My Heart」ではリナ・サワヤマが登場、そして最後は10分に及んだ壮大な「Rocket Man」でエンドと、歴史的な最終公演に華を添えることに。なおアメリカ公演はディズニー製作らしい映画然とした『THE FINAL CONCERT: DODGER STADIUM 2022』として発表され、イギリス最終公演はいかにもBBCらしい音楽制作に特化した、最先端クオリティーにて歴史的なステージを音楽映像作品として残したことで、全てのファン必携のメモリアル・アイテム。Glastonbury Festival 2023 : at Worthy Farm, Pilton, UK 25th June 2023 / STEREO SOUNDBOARD RECORDING / 24BIT DIGITAL REMASTER / Full HD (1920x1080) 16:9 / Dolby Digital Stereo Disc 1 : 01.
