2025年10月KISS初代ギタリスト、エース・フレーリーの訃報を受けての追悼アイテムとして、1979年『DYNASTY』リリース時期のレア映像を、全てベスト・マスターで2時間4分にわたり収録した、究極のコンピレーション・ビデオの第4弾パート1がここに。これは海外のKISS研究家が膨大な映像素材を、最新機器を用いてセレクト・編纂したもので、この『VOLUME FOUR』となる『DYNASTY』時期は、かなりの映像が残されているということもあってPart1&2に分けて、当時のTV出演映像やツアー・ライブなどの各種レア映像を時系列に集約。そしてこのパート1ではアルバムのPV映像に始まり、ツアーにおけるレポート番組やインタビュー、また断片的ながら貴重なプロショット・ライブ映像も。特に同年ニューヨーク,MSG公演の映像はいずれもTV放送関係からの流出でクオリティーも極上。他にも全米ツアー中の8mmフィルムからのライブ映像や、ジェリー・ルイス主催によるチャリティーTV番組なども含めて、単体では短くてリリースしづらい映像をここまで集めたものは他にも類がなく、通常の映像作品とは異なる多彩な記録を凝縮した、永久保存コンピレーション・アイテム。Disc 1 : 1.
