1983年『CREATURES OF THE NIGHT』リリース時期のレア映像を、全てベスト・マスターで2時間9分にわたり収録した、究極のコンピレーション・ビデオの第12弾パート3がここに。これは海外のKISS研究家が膨大な映像素材を最新機器を用いてセレクト・編纂した、レア・シリーズ『KISSTORY』第12弾となるもので、今回はメイク時代の最終局面となった『CREATURES OF THE NIGHT』関連の、当時のTV出演映像やライブなどの各種レア映像をほぼ時系列に集約。そしてここでの最大のポイントはエースの脱退とヴィニー・ヴィンセントの正式加入で、よってそのヴィニー加入直後の1983年1月北米ツアーのレポートやTV映像からスタートし、そこから各公演の多彩な映像に初の南米ツアーからのプロショット映像も。なおDisc:2にはその南米ツアーからの6月25日ブラジル、サンパウロ公演が収録されており、これはメイク時代のラスト・ステージであり、ワンカメラ・ショットながらもほぼフル収録なのは大きなポイント。このようにバンドにとってターニング・ポイントとも云える時期の貴重な記録をここに集約。Disc 1 : 1.
