1983年『CREATURES OF THE NIGHT』リリース時期のレア映像を、全てベスト・マスターで3時間4分にわたり収録した、究極のコンピレーション・ビデオの第11弾パート2がここに。これは海外のKISS研究家が膨大な映像素材を最新機器を用いてセレクト・編纂した、レア・シリーズ『KISSTORY』第11弾となるもので、今回はメイク時代の最終局面となった『CREATURES OF THE NIGHT』関連の、当時のTV出演映像やライブなどの各種レア映像をほぼ時系列に集約。そしてここでの最大のポイントはエースの脱退とヴィニー・ヴィンセントの正式加入で、よってそのヴィニー加入直後のTV映像からスタートし、そこから1983年1月13日のモントリオール公演のオーディエンス・ショットと、当日のライブからTVに使用されたプロショット映像も。さらに伝説のTVプログラム「Night Flight」関連など、ヴィニーとエリック・カーを迎えての新章KISS時代幕開けの記録をここに集約。Disc 1 : 1.
