1983年から翌84年にかけて『LICK IT UP』リリース時期のレア映像を、全てベスト・マスターで2時間9分にわたり収録した、究極のコンピレーション・ビデオの第13弾がここに。これは海外のKISS研究家が膨大な映像素材を最新機器を用いてセレクト・編纂した、レア・シリーズ『KISSTORY』第13弾となるもので、今回はついに素顔を現した『LICK IT UP』時代の、当時のTV出演映像やライブなどの各種レア映像をほぼ時系列に集約。そしてまず1983年9月、ノーメイクKISSが初めて公の場に姿を現したMTV特番「MTV Kiss Unmasking」から始まり、その後はアルバム告知CMやPV、素顔での初コンサートとなった同年10月のリスボン公演に続き、欧州ツアーとプロモーション活動を追う映像集、さらに「All Hell's Breakin' Loose」のPV&メイキング、1984年に入ってからのアメリカでのプロモーション映像、ジーン・シモンズのインタビュー完全版に関連のTV映像まで、トータル4時間7分のフル・ヴォリュームにてバンド史上最大のターニング・ポイントをここに集約。Disc 1 : [MTV Kiss Unmasking NY, USA 18th September 1983] 1.Introduction (feat Rock And Roll All Nite) 2.
