1969年1月のゲット・バック・セッションの音源は、その膨大な長さや内容を鑑みて、なかなか全体を把握するのは困難である。 しかしその音源は古くアナログ時代からマニアを大いに楽しませてくれた。現在の視点でも、そのアナログ盤には作り手のこだわりが強く感じられ、このセッションを上手く編纂しているのが伝わってくる。 ゲット・バック・セッションは資料としてはともかく、聴くにはちょっとという人でも、そのエッセンスを抽出して楽しむことが出来る非常に優れた内容となっている。実際にこの曲順、この並びにノスタルジーを感じる古くからのマニアの方も多いのではないかと思う。 ただし、いくつかのトラックは日付順に位置が移動されている。 ヴィンテージ・アナログの同名タイトルから、『The Get Back Journals』を完全収録、古くからのファンには大切なタイトルをデジタル・リマスタリング。 DISC ONE 【January 2, 1969】 01.
