1989年12月27日、ニューヨークのナッソー・コロシアム公演の前に行なわれた、貴重なサウンドチェックの模様を、放送用音源使用によるサウンドボード音源にて収録。翌年からは「STORM FRONT」リリースにより、大規模なワールド・ツアーも行っているものの、この時期はあまりライブ活動も頻繁ではなかった中で、珍しい本番前のウォーミング・アップ的なリハーサルは、曲目を見ても分かるように、クラシック・ロックからソウル、ヘヴィ・メタルから、もちろんビートルズやストーンズ、エルトン・ジョンからスティーブ・ウィンウッドまで、なんとも幅広いジャンルのナンバーを続々と。そして本人も楽しんでいるかのような、ほとんどの曲が完奏ではないものの、ジューク・ボックスさながらの楽しさ溢れるレア音源。 01.
